Delivery

Orders from Jane Frost Jewellery are sent out free of charge within the UK using either Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery. Both services require a signature upon delivery.

Most items are made to order and have a lead-time of around 4-5 weeks. However, if you require an item sooner than this, please contact me and I will do my best to help. Items that are in stock will be dispatched within 3 working days.

Jane Frost Jewellery currently only supplies customers within the United Kingdom.

Returns

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, however if you wish to return any item, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your purchase, stating the reason for the return. Jane will be happy to discuss any possible exchanges that may be appropriate for you.

 

Once we have confirmed the return, please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged to avoid damage before they are returned. The jewellery must not have been worn, altered or damaged in any way. 

 

Please include with the goods: your full contact details, reason for return and any agreed exchange you wish to make.

 

Unless damaged and agreed by Jane Frost Jewellery, the cost of returning will be at your own expense. We would recommend that you use either Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery to return the item and ensure safe delivery. 

 

Please be aware that Jane Frost Jewellery will not accept any responsibility for damaged or lost goods whilst in transit from the customer.

 

Refunds or exchanges will then be made to you within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods, conditional upon stock availability and in agreement with Jane Frost.

 

Custom orders (i.e. bespoke items in a size/style/stone that are not normally made) are NON- RETURNABLE.
